Role overview

This is a unique opportunity to join as the first Talent Acquisition specialist at one of Europe's fastest growing logistics startups. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will find, attract and hire the best people for Airmee.

Since the People team is still small, you will have a broad range of tasks and responsibilities but with clear focus on the recruitment process and passive talent sourcing. We're a flexible company that constantly changes every few months due to our growth, which requires moving fast and being creative.

You are passionate about recruitment and understand how it relates to driving the business towards its goals. In this role, you'll own the whole recruitment process, from identifying talented candidates to delivering the best candidate-centric hiring experience. The role therefore requires an excellent ability to communicate the benefits of working at Airmee and attracting talent in both tech, sales, logistics operations, customer support, etc. from around the world.

So, what will you do?

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including talent sourcing, candidate assessment, offer recommendations, negotiation and acceptance

  • Be a problem solver in real-time and make data-driven decisions

  • Through technology, look for new ways to develop effective sourcing strategies that deliver strong and diverse talent for current and future needs

  • Be knowledgeable, creative, driven, and excited to share the magic of working at Airmee - internally as well as externally

What're we looking for?

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in full-cycle recruiting

  • Experience of working with Tech recruitment is a plus

  • Experience and passion for inclusive recruiting

  • Experience recruiting for a high volume and variety of roles and levels

  • Experience sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Experience influencing, challenging and interacting with all levels of stakeholders, including leadership.

  • Disciplined organizational skills - you'll need to prioritize and manage tens of ongoing processes and projects simultaneously at a fast pace

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with track record of building positive relationships

  • Bachelor's degree required
