Airmee is a well-capitalized start-up that is looking for an extremely driven Marketing Manager that will work on building and strengthening our brand.

Our technology that optimizes our logistics fleet in real-time is based on our world-leading research at KTH allows us to do this more cost-efficiently and environmentally sustainably than anyone else.
This is a unique opportunity to have a central role at one of Europe’s fastest growing logistics startups. As the Marketing Manager, you will work across many aspects of our business but with a focus on our customers (e-commerce merchants and consumers). You are truly talented and strategically creative with a strong understanding of the digital world that can implement your ideas quickly. This is a mix of a strategic and very hands-on role which tasks involves everything from developing marketing strategies to creating content.
You will be driving the execution of world-class marketing plans and campaigns that create brand impact, and meanwhile develop and execute against data-driven marketing strategies to deliver growth at scale for Airmee. Your task will be to help create the future of the brand: an iconic and influential category shaper in the world of logistics.
This is our first senior marketing role and as such expect to have a major impact on our brand and marketing.
So, what will you do?
Create impactful marketing narratives based on research and analytics of the market and users and determine our positioning on the market and sets of key messages that resonate with our customers (e-commerce merchants and consumers)
You have an exceptional eye and sense for layout, typography, video, motion, design patterns, and copy writing
Facilitate development of new project ideas from inception to completion
Manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management
Develop a deep understanding of the business and its stakeholders to understand
Work with various marketing agencies to build break-through, consumer-centric work
Comfortable with a hands-on environment that involves driving end to end campaign execution
Quickly iterate and test different marketing tactics and executions based on channel and target groups to deliver optimal campaign results
A natural in taking business strategy and translating to customer creative/activation concepts across social channels
Coordinate efforts across internal teams and external agency partners to enable innovative brand and reputational campaigns that achieve our brand and business goals
You are a consummate storyteller, with a proven track record for creating brand (purpose, promise, pillars, voice) and messaging frameworks
What're we looking for?
At least 5 years marketing experience with a strong record of delivering highly successful user acquisition and engagement strategies, with a focus on B2B2C.
Preferably worked in roles that required a mix of strategy and high creativity
Worked in a startup or company with exponential growth
Experience in digital advertising, particularly social
Proven track record of delivering successful and breakthrough work, with a high bar for quality, productivity, and delivering results
Possesses a flair for storytelling and crafting impactful and compelling narratives
Consumer obsessed, with a drive to continuously learn more about our core consumers, identify how our products meet their needs, and understand how to most effectively share our brand message with them.
A fierce bias towards action. This is not a role for someone that just wants to analyze and strategize, but for someone that will create concrete actions and results and never stop pushing towards complete delivery
Never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and be hands-on to get stuff done.
A positive, entrepreneurial spirit, skilled at multi-tasking, delivering under tight timelines and adapting quickly to change
Excellent skills in articulating our products and the value they create. You have an excellent sense for good design and can act as a copywriter.
