Your role as a HRBP
The shared services team is now expanding with an HRBP, to continue building the HR function. You will be a driver within the HR department leading projects around work environment, talent acquisition and HR administration. In the role you will strive to continually develop Novatron Fusion Group’s HR offering working closely with managers across the entire company. In this role you will report to and work closely with the Manager for Shared Services.
Your initial responsibilities would include (but not limited to) the following.
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective strategies for attracting and hiring top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations issues and provide administrative support to staff and managers
- Oversee performance management processes and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support organizational development initiatives and culture-building activities.
- Independently drive improvement work, develop way-of-working, ensure that the company can grow in a sustainable and healthy way
- Together with Shared Services build up a HR team

Qualifications
- University degree within HR, Business or comparable experiences
- Proven experience as a HR Generalist/HRBP or in a similar role
- Experience in coordinating or managing projects related to the development and implementation of processes and routines
- Experience and skills in HR practices, labor law, negotiation, and recruitment/talent acquisition, especially from a global perspective within the tech sector.

Location: Stockholm, Alvik flexible hybrid office
