At Waitwhile, we work on tools to eliminate the 1 Trillion hours that people spend waiting in lines every year. Our queue management platform is trusted by over 10k companies worldwide and has helped 150M people enjoy a better waiting experience.

As our platform grows around the world to new customers, so does our Customer Support & Success team. Businesses can chat or email with our success specialists to learn more about the product, get help with configuring Waitwhile for their business, report issues, and request new features and functionality.

To support our expansion in Europe, we're looking for our first local support hero working out of our beautiful office in Sweden to oversee all our customer needs in Europe!

What you'll be doing

  • You’ll be an expert on Queue Management and our product, understanding how Waitwhile can solve business problems.

  • You'll respond compassionately to all incoming support questions with a goal to provide resolution in a timely and friendly manner.

  • You'll evaluate customer problems, and collaborate with our engineering team for tricky problems and bug fixes.

  • You’ll partner closely with our Sales team, to drive the best customer experience possible.

  • You'll help onboard new customers via video chat, demos, help articles and to be proactive in follow-up communications to ensure success

  • You'll present great product demos for prospective customers that are asking to learn more about Waitwhile or solve specific needs for their business.

  • You'll write great help articles for commonly asked questions in our help center ( and perhaps record video tutorials of how Waitwhile works.

What skills you need

  • 4+ years experience working in a customer facing organisation.

  • Experienced in building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.

  • Experienced in a support or ticket platform like Intercom, Zendesk or similar tools

  • Love helping customers out, fixing problems and creating delightful experiences.

  • You have a love of the written word - you can create compelling support copy that teaches and inspires action.

  • You are a problem solver and love getting in the detail.

  • You’re accountable and driven by results and outcomes.

Bonus skills & attributes

  • Background in a SaaS or technology company

  • Expert in Intercom

  • You know HTML and CSS
