Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering excellent Customer Service for our Swedish market in Royal Canin, which contains a variety of customers from cat and dog breeders to Pet Special Retail, veterinarian hospitals and vet clinics. You will also interact internally with Sales, Marketing, Planning, Finance and Consumer Care teams.
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark. We work hybrid way.
Essential duties and responsibilities
You will together with your team be responsible for the Customer Service in the Swedish market. Act as a back-up for the Danish market during sick leave, holidays etc.
Order management in Navision through EDI, CRM, web shop and mail
Credit and claims handling
Email/phone support
Drive Additional Sales and create added value for customers.
Web shop support to customers
Work closely with our logistic partner to ensure that handling and distribution is performed according to the customer requirements.
What are we looking for?
High school or similar
Min. 2-3 years of work experience in Customer Service-related functions.
Fluent in Swedish spoken and written.
Danish is a plus
Excellent communication skills, structured, proactive, team oriented and a great drive for results.
Strong in handling conflict situations with care and understanding.
Preferably in the FMCG Industry
