Do you thrive in a coordinating role with a focus on structure, analysis and planning? If so, this could be the role for you!

You will be a part of the Supply Chain team, and work close with the Quality Assurance and R&D department.

On a daily basis, you work with processing, control and confirmation of orders and ensure that agreed processes and lead times are met. You will manage some business critical suppliers.

You will also support multiple time critical projects, by handling of orders and transports. These projects are expected to generate new commercial product to Orexo or drive new supply chain initiatives.

You will also be instrumental in coordination and maintenance of Artwork for Orexo’s product.

We believe that you are an analytical problem solver and a doer who operates in a structured manner. Furthermore the nature of the work requires a high focus on cross-functional collaboration. You need to be flexible and able to prioritize workloads.

What you'll be doing

  • Purchase order support and invoice approval check
  • Manage and support material flows for projects, including related problem solving
  • Inventory management
  • Submit/Prepare import and export documents

  • Do risk assessment for shipments
  • Filing and archiving of documents
  • Coordinate the artwork management and take full responsibility of the artwork process
  • Act as a deputy/backup of Supply Planner

The Pharmacovigilance Associate Data Surveillance role is part of the new global R&D organization dedicated to Pharmaceuticals and Aesthetics. The Pharmacovigilance department's mission is to protect customers and patients from safety issues as well as lead the scientific and operational activities relating to the detection, assessment, understanding and prevention of adverse effects following the use of our products.
The Corporate Pharmacovigilance department is truly global, with colleagues based in the US, Sweden, France and Switzerland. The team has a global responsibility for ensuring compliance with vigilance and risk management obligations for all Galderma Medicinal products, Medical Device and Cosmetic products. The Pharmacovigilance Associate Data Surveillance is a full-time position, office based in Uppsala, and reporting to the Global Head of PV Data Surveillance, Analytics and Reporting. The team in Uppsala consists of 5 PV Associates conducting safety risk management activities for Galderma's Medical Device products primarily, but also having an increasing scope of work for Medicinal products.
Job responsibilities
As PVA Data Surveillance within the Corporate PV department, you will manage regular case processing activities, including post marketing case reports and safety case reports from clinical studies, and oversee external PV service providers. You will also be responsible for safety data extractions and supporting the preparation of various safety-related reports for regulatory submissions. You will be a part of cross-functional teams within the company to provide PV support to clinical studies. The position is primarily focused on our Medical Device products but will also include similar tasks for Medicinal products within our portfolio.
As PVA Data Surveillance, you will:
  • Process safety cases in the global PV database, including medical coding using current dictionaries (MedDRA, WHO drug) and writing of PV Company comment, be involved in CAPA assessment and narratives, and submit reportable cases to Competent Authorities globally in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to safety data exchange and data reconciliation activities with contractual Partners, affiliates and distributors.
  • Ensure training and oversight of external service providers for case processing activities and perform quality control of safety cases to ensure data consistency.
  • Contribute to the safety management plans, study protocol and case report forms for clinical trials in collaboration with the clinical study team, be responsible for handling and reporting serious adverse events to Competent Authorities and for database reconciliation activities.
  • Ensure regular and ad-hoc safety data extractions for clinical study and post marketing safety data reviews, provide input into responses to regulatory authority queries, KPI and compliance monitoring and compilation of various aggregate safety reports.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of the global safety database, and case data entry and coding conventions.
  • Participate in the writing and review of the Quality/PV department's quality documents and the training of internal and external functions.

Minimum requirements
You have a Pharmacist or Life Science degree (MSc), and at least two years of relevant experience within pharmacovigilance/medical device vigilance in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry. You have substantial computer proficiency with standard software programs and good general computer literacy. Previous experience from a drug or device safety system environment and MedDRA coding is desired. Experience from working on database validation activities, and with data extraction or data mining tools, including advanced Excel skills, is a merit.
As a person you need to be highly motivated, organized and structured, with a great ability to prioritize and make things happen. It is important to be able to work independently and take decisions to deliver results and to be able to cooperate and work in an international environment. We expect you to be flexible, able to adapt in a fast-changing business environment and have a positive open-minded attitude. You possess good communication skills in English and Swedish, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

As System owner & Documentation responsible – Global Support at Pagero your main responsibilities will be:
  • Translating business requirements into Zendesk design and implementing steps that ensures scalability and alignment to standards for the support organization and Pagero's long-term goals.
  • Take leadership in identifying new capabilities and innovations from Zendesk developments and translate this according to what is relevant to implement for Pagero's support organization.

If you have prior experience from Zendesk, that is a bonus. If you haven’t worked with Zendesk, you’ll need to have experience from working with other case management tools.

This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Education/Experience

  • BSc or MSc degree in Physics/Chemistry/ManufacturingEngineering

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience within high volume production engineering in a related field

  • Six sigma training with green belt certificate

  • Familiar with DOE and SPC

  • Familiar with DFMEA and QA troubleshooting tools

  • Successful track record of leading process improvement projects in a production factory

  • Experience from scaling production in a fast-growing environment ideally in the Battery, Food, Pharma, Semiconductor, Electrochemical or similar industry

  • Curious, technically educated, and preferably with a strong business background

  • Experience and interest in the manufacturing industry is a plus

Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Mechanic – Steam and Gas - is to safely accomplish the installation, maintenance and repair of the heavy rotating machinery used mainly in power generation applications. Turbine Mechanics work closely with Supervisors, EHS personnel, and the Operations Department to achieve these goals. You may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Read blueprints, schematic drawings and technical documentation to determine proper work procedures.
  • Install machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints and other drawings in industrial establishments.
  • Dismantle and assemble machinery and equipment using a variety of hand, power, pneumatic and hydraulic tools.
  • Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance and repairs on power tools, hand tools and training equipment.
  • Move machinery and equipment using hoists, cranes, chain falls and trucks.
  • Align machinery and equipment using hoists, squares, rules, micrometers, plumb bobs, dial indicators and/or laser alignment equipment.
  • Perform machining and welding operations for making various parts for lab and shop training equipment
  • Perform material and machine inspections using precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, rules, calipers, protractors, and torque wrenches.
  • Responsible for shipping and receiving all major pieces for T&DC, plus all shipping, receiving, inventory, and control of tools, equipment and supplies
  • Determine equipment specifications and prepare parts lists for purchasing, consisting of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic devices as needed to complete assigned projects.
  • Load, transport, and unload materials, tools, equipment and supplies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Travel may be required
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical subject or equivalent +5 years of experience at a Construction/installation site, preferably in the power plant or Oil & Gas industry including various pumps, motors, fans, generators, and turbines
  • Experience in steam turbines and major maintenance procedures.
  • Have bolting and rigging certifications as desire
  • Must have Driver’s License
  • Must possess minimum required hand tools

Desired Characteristics:

  • Expert level. Able to demonstrate Project Management Skills and Team Leader Skills.
  • Possess expert skills and applies the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of a particular field of specialization.
  • Attended in product specific training to take, record and evaluate critical clearances, carry out alignments, change Turbine Buckets, etc.
  • Has basic knowledge of English as per grade A2 of the European CEFR
  • Diverse mechanical and electrical skills (welding, pipe-fitting, electrical construction, analog and digital circuits)
  • Technical knowledge of equipment and tooling, plus an ability to instruct and direct inexperienced personnel. Position also responsible for shipping and receiving
  • Ability to instruct and direct inexperienced personnel and read and interpret drawings.
  • Solid background in turbine-generator equipment, as well as auxiliary sub-systems.
  • Projects are associated with the interfacing of turbine auxiliary equipment sub-systems with turbine-generator control systems.
  • Flexible and self-reliant attitude are necessary since much of the work is done on a self-directed basis, ability to work with minimum supervision is necessary
  • Functional expertise with all the equipment and tools.
  • Ability to turn conceptual designs into completed projects, including doing all necessary work, such as specifying electrical devices, conduit, cable, pipe, and necessary hardware to complete the project.
  • Must work well both independently and in a team environment.

Do you thrive in a coordinating role with a focus on structure, analysis and planning? If so, this could be the role for you!

You will be a part of the Supply Chain team, and work close with the Quality Assurance and R&D department.

On a daily basis, you work with processing, control and confirmation of orders and ensure that agreed processes and lead times are met. You will manage some business critical suppliers.

You will also support multiple time critical projects, by handling of orders and transports. These projects are expected to generate new commercial product to Orexo or drive new supply chain initiatives.

You will also be instrumental in coordination and maintenance of Artwork for Orexo’s product.

We believe that you are an analytical problem solver and a doer who operates in a structured manner. Furthermore the nature of the work requires a high focus on cross-functional collaboration. You need to be flexible and able to prioritize workloads.

What you'll be doing

  • Purchase order support and invoice approval check
  • Manage and support material flows for projects, including related problem solving
  • Inventory management
  • Submit/Prepare import and export documents
  • Responsible for managing all relevant issue with carriers (TNT, World Courier)
  • Coordination and controlling the logistic operations
  • Do risk assessment for shipments
  • Filing and archiving of documents
  • Coordinate the artwork management and take full responsibility of the artwork process
  • Act as a deputy/backup of Supply Planner
