On a daily basis, you work with processing, control and confirmation of orders and ensure that agreed processes and lead times are met. You will manage some business critical suppliers.
You will also support multiple time critical projects, by handling of orders and transports. These projects are expected to generate new commercial product to Orexo or drive new supply chain initiatives.
You will also be instrumental in coordination and maintenance of Artwork for Orexo’s product.
We believe that you are an analytical problem solver and a doer who operates in a structured manner. Furthermore the nature of the work requires a high focus on cross-functional collaboration. You need to be flexible and able to prioritize workloads.

As our mobile designer, you will work closely with the mobile product team. Your primary goals will be to design the next generation of the iconicli mobile app across multiple platforms such as iOS and Android.

Responsibilities in detail:
Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for mobile.
Provide strategic thinking
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
Participate in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.
Research and track advancements in mobile application design patterns.
Break any design problem down into viable actionable chunks and solve them with clarity and precision.
Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the mobile design field.
Strong graphic design skills, with a good understanding of typography, intuitive layouts, and palate development.
Strong ability to recognize and predict use-cases and user interaction, including happy path, edge, and corner cases, and incorporate them into designs.
Excellent understanding of user-experience design for mobile and the web, technology trends, demonstrable design skills, and ability to show relevant work.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality designs to our customers.
A team player who can easily adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
High-level skills in Photoshop, InvisionApp, UXPin, and other relevant design tools.
Deep understanding of Apple’s human interface design guidelines, Android design, and other mobile platform designs, including Google’s material design.

In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in building one of the first large scale European battery factories. Northvolt will play an important role in the transformation to a carbon-free society.

The Process Engineer will be experts in one or several defined process areas which includes deep knowledge in process design, equipment handling, maintenance planning and control design etc. You will play an important role to interface equipment suppliers and to collaborate with Northvolt factory design teams to efficiently integrate the equipment into the process.
The process team will primarily and initially support the Construction, Environmental, Supply-Chain and R&D teams to create a world-class production of li-ion battery cells.
In general, you have a long experience in the field and have been driving large, innovative and challenging improvement projects in the area of yield, cost, quality, or efficiency.
Specifically, you have a deep understanding of working and cooperating with Lean, Production, Maintenance, IT, Automation, and Facility team.
The candidates for the management positions will be responsible for monitoring the operations of our systems, including quality and compliance. The candidate should also be able to recommend improvements to the process through the tracking of metrics and reporting of data. The candidate should definitely have strong technical abilities in order to succeed in this role.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and issue process designs
Manage and train process engineering team
Lead the improvement projects and update the progress weekly in the factory
Finalize the process windows and DFMEA with R&D and QA team
Qualify the alternative raw material with R&D team and Supply Chain

Education/Experience
BSc or MSc degree in Physics/Chemistry/ManufacturingEngineering
3+ years of relevant work experience within high volume production engineering in a related field
Six sigma training with green belt certificate
Familiar with DOE and SPC
Familiar with DFMEA and QA troubleshooting tools
Successful track record of leading process improvement projects in a production factory
Experience from scaling production in a fast-growing environment ideally in the Battery, Food, Pharma, Semiconductor, Electrochemical or similar industry
Curious, technically educated, and preferably with a strong business background
