As part of the Business Transformation and Training team in IT, you will play a significant role in scaling multiple business groups and helping to define the IT building blocks that are crucial to enabling operations at one of the first large scale European battery factories.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working with and forming relationships with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to evaluate and track business process improvements to IT systems and managing training needs
• Articulating and recording cross-functional business requirements to effectively collaborate with IT systems architects to improve functionality and project managing improvement deliverables
• Designing and developing flexible training curricula (we're a startup - things are constantly changing!), and subsequently planning and executing the training curricula for users
• Tracking and maintaining super user communities and ensuring all training curricula stays up to date

Education/Experience

Responsibilities

• Grow existing customer relationships and elevate Jamf to a more strategic position within key accounts
• Cultivate sales of Jamf's Whole Product Experience (WPE) within a list of key accounts in the Nordics
• Ascertain Apple’s assigned accounts adoption, growth strategies, and business plans
• Prescribe short-term and long-term solutions with the WPE to achieve customer and client goals
• Develop meaningful relationships with vital stakeholders within key accounts to increase Jamf mindshare
• Manage complex enterprise sales campaigns while managing a diverse set of stakeholders, partners, and Apple team members within the same account

Arduino is now looking for a Customer Solutions Technician in the Educational support area with experience in teaching, familiar with Arduino and passionate about the DIY and makers world, to join the Customer Experience Team.

As part of the Customer Experience team, you get to work closely with colleagues from both Education Support and Maker support, learning about all our educational products (hardware, software, and online services) in order to provide the best customer experience. You will face different levels of technical questions from teachers, students and individuals around the world which you will evaluate in order to generate clear answers to our customers.

You will also be monitoring and replying to customers on social media, forums and other customer platforms, as well as provide live support over video calls with teachers all over the world. This is why being able to take your own initiative and work independently is of highest importance.

We are looking for a service-minded individual with the ability to explain complex technical terms in an easy way. The main language for customer support for education is English however any other additional languages are a plus.

Main Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting technical issues, documenting and escalating issues.
