Essential Job Functions Profitably sell our Sports Medicine product portfolio so that the product group and overall key accounts sales targets are achieved Acquire, maintain and keep up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of the territory, including information on current customers, business potential, purchasing protocols, competitor activity and market trends Report monthly on sales activity, business prospects and competitor activity, while owning your own performance and business plan Manage the Company's assets within the territory, in particular, loan and consignment inventory, to ensure, a profitable return on investment Provide technical advice and training to customers on Smith+Nephew products to ensure high levels of user competence Follow up of all sales leads, customer enquiries and requests for assistance to ensure sales opportunities are maximised and the customer is provided with an outstanding service Requirements Ideally educated to degree level in a scientific field or have relevant work experience Discernment towards business plans and sales performance to build success in the territory Must be fluent in Swedish and English We are a medical technology business that exists to restore people’s bodies and their self-belief by using technology to take the limits off living.
